Sigh! It's just the worst feeling imaginable, but since it's a good sign....
For me, the only thing that really helped was a combination of Vit. B6 and Unisom, which my o/b assured me was completely safe, and since he'd done some kind of residency with the editor of the Journal of Teratology, I figured he knew what he was talking about. I took it from about week 8, when the nausea/vomiting starting getting really bad, until about week 21, at which point I tried to taper the Unisom, but to no avail. I think I stopped taking the Unisom completely at week 24. But at that point the heartburn was kicking in and that was a whole nother story!
Anyway, since you've had good luck with Zofran in the past, I'm guessing it will help you this time as well if the nausea gets to be too much.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
