Yikes - I was a wristband wearer 24/7. But I still did feel all day nausea - it just wasn't as bad. Mine also were bad as the day went on. I clearly remember eating spaghetti once, strand by strand. Eating something salty, carb like before every meal helped a bit too (ie chips before each meal - small amt). Also sucking on sour patch kids was very helpful at work. Just having it in my mouth was comforting. |
