      Lining up a doula. I used a birth doula that I found through my yoga studio. She taught pre/post natal yoga and was a great fit.
      Also meeting with her a few times prior to delivery, we mentioned looking for a 'mother's helper' to help with the baby.
      She suggested a post partum doula- who knew? We hired one we found with her recommendations and SHE IS WONDERFUL!! She is Mary Poppins in her early 30's. Maybe try that route for your nurse?
