      I'm sure your RE would let you do that...but I have to agree with the PP to not wait "for the right time". I had primary IF (high FSH, low AMH) now followed by secondary IF. I feel like my repro system took a nose dive after #1. I started TTC when DD was 7 mos, got pg right away but lost that pregnancy. FF 2 years later and I'm still trying. My advice would be to start TTC in the 6mos-1 yr time frame because you never know how long it will take. If you get pregnant right away, it might impact your career for a short time, but isn't that preferable to it taking longer than expected and stressing about that?
