That first year I did WW. That was helpful to kick start things. Last summer I worked out with a trainer - that was really helpful. I go to the gym about 2-3x a week and eat fairly healthy, organic etc. My DD will be 4 this summer and I still have those last lingering 5lbs. I'm not sure I am ever going to lose it - I feel stronger but my midsection is just stubborn with war wounds. That said I recently got into my favorite pair of pre-pregnancy jeans - whoo hoo! I've definitely made peace with everything - I just think it takes longer than the media advertises.
