Just as I came over here from the over 40 forum, ds began to melt down so you know how that goes....
Anyway, the scan went well. we saw the yolk sac and that was all. Hopefully by next week we'll be able to see a pole and a flicker of a heartbeat at least.

HCG was:

13 dpo - 160: P4 - 63.6: E2 - 588
15 dpo - 415: P4 - 75.5: E2 - 716
21 dpo - 8,071: P4 - 83.8: E2 - 968

I just hoping for a healthy pg and a live healthy birth with these numbers and so begins the long journey of knicker checks and kick counts. Wish me luck and sanity becuase I need a lot of both.

It's the early days that are the most precarious cliffhangers, so the passing of another milestone is something to celebrate from the rooftops!!! So glad things are going well. What day next week are you up for another one?

DS: born Apr15'03 (after 4 years of ttc, starting in 1998)
DD born Oct 13 2007 (after just under 3 years of ttc)
DS was conceived naturally the cycle following a cancelled DE IVF, using my good friend's eggs. She was on the verge of hyperstimming.
DD's nat conception I attribute to using OPKs like a crazy nut, eating grapefruit daily and using preseed. also 5 cycles of TCM ending 2 cycles before that lucky cycle.

How old are you Z ? Are you 42 ? So much for RE's success rates.
Did you ever go back to your old RE and let them know how you were pregnant and are again ? Maybe that would be a wake up call!

I'm taking this one day at a time. I finally got a keepsake pg test and so ends my obsessive daily peeing on sticks, lol. It felt strange to wake this a.m. and not poas or take my temp. Anyway, 4 more days to u/s. This IS tougher than the 2ww.
