because of overseas money transfer..
in other words, after you get the final price from them for everything including the shipping, the credit card has to be verified by sending them a fax with the front and back of the card with your signature on the paper along with the order info they send you by email.
when i bought mine the 'euro' was worth about $0.89

anyway the kit was $85 american, but i had to pay for the overseas fax.
send them an email, with the part number and your scooter info, asking for the price in american dollars including the shipping.. they will send you the info..
you can call them but remember to check for the time difference and call them during the day THERE..
they speak very good english
