Just de-restricted 94 Honda Elite....

Just de-restricted 94 elite and it starts dying out after about 25 mph..?? It was going like 30-35 for the first block or two then it just dies out, then comes back at idle... any help?? thanks.

-Took off restrictor plate with 3 screws, drilled exhaust, and opened extra air box hole...
