i have an older honda express, it will run briefly(5 sec.)off of starter fluid, but only if i cut the gas off at the gas tank first. when i turn the gas on the gas starts to drain out of the bottom of the carb. bowl drain. i have taken the carb apart and the needle that is controlled by the float seems to work. the last work the guy before me did was replace the needle. any ideas on what to try next? thanks
