So if you're getting spark, you only need fuel and air. Is the plug wet when you crank it a lot with the choke closed(on)? It SHOULD be. If it's not, the fuel isn't making it thru the carb or thru the reed valve if it has one. ZIPPY is your man here,and also Jim C..
I had a similar problem once, and it was a blown flyside seal at the crankshaft. It was letting in so much air,that the bike wouldn't even fire the mixture, because the vacuum wasn't there to pull thru the reed valves.
Check the compression to make sure you haven't got a busted piston.Then put a timing light on it and see if it's firing at the right point. You can yell for Zippy and Jim C. at this address: http://disc.server.com/Indices/100029.html
