something ( fork tubes ? ) is tweaked or loose..

check the alignment of the fork tubes,

see if the front wheel is pointed straight ahead when the handle bars are straight across.

see if the axle is aligned with the handle bars

see if the wheel is angled left or right ( canted -not verical )

then finally check the steering post lock nuts and bearings

there are 28 ball bearings in each the upper and lower races..seats

missing bearings will cause a binding
