I finally got the Kinetic started. Took a long time and it's stil kind of hard to start, but at least it's running... But it will only run on the stand. When I put the rear break on, or put it on the ground, it dies. There's no adjustment for the clutch, so I can't see where it's broke. There is a bell housing that has 3 spring-loaded weights on it that I think may be the problem. the service manual says something about the bell housing being keyed to match the key (flat spot) on the shaft, but mine isn't keyed. Anyone got any ideas?
