OK i don't know your ped but . lets cover the basics

the motor is running right ?

if your blowing bulbs with out the motor on, then your sticking 6volt lamps in a 12volt system

so the motor is running, did you check the battery..

if the battery is dry and not taking a charge. the power system is going to go high and burn out the lamps..

same thing if the wire is broke or any reason that disconnects the battery from the electrical system..

if the battery & wiring is ok, look for a cross connection in the wiring..

did you remove , replace or change anything..
