'78 Honda Express NC50 float level setting?

Picked up the above mentioned moped for free, cleaned the carb with Hydro-Seal and reassembled with new gaskets. However, the guy I got it from admits he was messing with the carb and played with the float level. Does anyone have specs? Thanks!
