Cool, thanks for your help. I sent an email to VT cycles, and they are giving me some help also. I have got one more question for now. What exactly does the variator do, and how is the engine connected to the rear axle on these scooters? Is there a drive belt, or gears, or what? If so, how hard would it be to change those out, to get a higher top speed? Will I loose to much power down low? Thanks for all the help, and hopefully I will get this thing running fast soon!
