in most cases you can't, there might be an exception out there, but i haven't run across it..

true mopeds have automatic transmissions

the clutches are spun by the engine..

they do not engage unless the engine is running,

so no matter how fast you push the ped , the motor can't be bump started..

you need a manual clutch and transmission to do that
