All the express model have to have a good battery

loading he circuit

the battery must be good

the fuse must be good

the wiring must be intact and working..

if there is not a good battery taking a charge from the circuit , the lighting circuit will go high and burn out the lamps

a google search would have given you this answer immedatiely..this has been discussed many times
