Ok a few weeks ago I got a 79 honda Express it was in need of a few parts so a guy my father & I know Gave us a 78 honda express that was a God Awful Green & in bad shape to... well carve up for parts.
any way there is a cover of some sort on the carburator of the 78 model & i was wondering if the 79 originaly came with a cover as well
Also when i went to start my Express the other day it was flooded I think the valve betwene the gass tank & the carburator may be the culpret in this my dad pulled out the spark plug & pure gass ran out of the engine (i`m luckey that the plug didn`t fier off when i was sitting on it) he sais the valve may be dirty & not closing all the way I was wondering if someone could tell me if they think it mite not be the valve
