Is it from Iowa ?

All Iowa mopeds are restricted to 25mph..

if it is from someplace else..

the best advice is ride....ride...ride...

the moped has had years to accumulate varnish and crud in the crankcase and intake..and exhaust

the more you run it the better it will run..

rding it is better than taking it apart..

riding is the best way to clean it out..

yes you can take things apart and clean them but this usually causes the carb to start clogging up.. making more problems..

ridiing is best.
