You got gas and Spark

the engine runs,

you seem unable to sustain enough fuel flow thru the carb to the cylinder to keep the engine running..

here are some things to check and think about..

did you check all the gaskets involed in you car cleaning..

carb to inake... a bad o-ring here means the intake will suck air..

did you loosen the exhaust bolts and free the exahust pipe from the cylinder so the exhaust will leak when you start the engine.. a clogged exhaust will keep you scoot from running.. ( VERY common )

while you had the carb removed, did you remove the intake and check the reeds ( intake valve ) to make sure it isn't stuck togethere with gunk..againbecareful with the gaskets

this is common to all honda mopeds and most other mopeds and scooters reading a few complete pages of this forum would have found most of it..
