the nu50 'urban express' has electronic ignition.. nothing can be adjusted
the oil pump has a control cable coming from the throttle , the max open postion can be changed a little.. BUT i doubt that you have any problem there..
it smokes after you get it it all warmed up..
then that is 'excess' oil in the crankcase or exhaust that is burning off..
use new injector oil in the oil tank.. NOT weedeatwer oil.. and keep riding, you will eventually get the system cleaned out..
you might need to remove the exhaust and flush with saftey solvent, and blow dry with compressed air.. then ride for an hour or two untill all the "now white' smoke goes away..
it's winter and unless you live in the southwest somewhere you are not likely to ride far enough and long enough to get the exhaust sytem and crankcase cleaned out , untill spring arrives.. it takes extended riding to get these bikes running like new after they have been alowed to set for years on end..
do not muck with the auto choke.. you wil only create more problems.. see my post about soaking carb spray in the hose's ( this page )
in the summer if you haveto/needto the choke can be bypassed.. but to not try to adjust it . open it or fuss with it.. you will end up making it unusable.
