Sounds like maybe stuck reed valve, but MORE LIKELY stuck needle valve not letting fuel in or carb and fuel tank all varnished from evaporated OLD fuel. Unscrew the drain screw on the float bowl and see if a steady fast drip or stream will come out the drain . I'm guessing it's getting no fuel.Install a new spark plug too.I hope it's not a bad crank seal. don-ohio
