If you lost oil while riding and lost power then added oil to your gas you could have already damaged the rings or scored the CYLINDER lining. Thus you would have low compression. You could also have another, unrelated problem causing your power loss. First check the compression with the throttle fully open. If it's good move on to other problems like clogged jets and ignition if it's bad you may be able to change the rings if the walls aren't scored. I did this once and my ped runs fine.
