This moped is a honda express light blue and in near excellent condition. It has many accessories including a repair manual, front basket and the best part, a 65cc metrakit big bore. the jet has been drilled to proper specs and would run perfectly but there is one small problem, The kickstarter only allows you to crank it 4 times and release then locks up and wont let you kick it down anymore. Im sure there is a spring that has been over compressed in the tranny but i no longer want to put anymore time into this since i have put too much already.
