On the bottom of his tank, if it is the moddle i think it is, when he is not riding it, have him put it on reserve (res)... the tank is still lieeting gas flow through, which means that the problem may be in the intake or something on the carb, but untill he can figrue it out, have him pu it on reserve when he is done riding it, so that there is less gas flooding into the carb.
