Boy! I had a lot of good ridin'fun!
Feeling really apprehensive about my untested Sebring with the 70cc kit that I had just dremeled the squish band into, I took off after the rain subsided on Sat. evening. I decided since I felt really good and up to it, that I would put a true test of road-worthiness on the newer Sebring.
I rode all that evening and thru the night, stopping to look at parks and the lake, and of course, getting lost a few times.LOL!
I rode all next day, really seeing some beauty along the coast, and enjoying the way that MO2 Franco-Morini(ITALIAN Stallion) ran like the proverbial `scalded dog' ALL THE WAY !!
Tired but Happy, I returned to the campsite on Sunday evening
after a 24 hr. exploration of Lake Erie's southern coast, from Ruggles
(my last name)Beach to Erie,Pa.
The total trip was 417 miles on my Motobecane Sebring moped, and
it ran flawlessly.
I was impressed with the beauty of the beaches and the lake and
all the nice houses with beautiful flower gardens and stuff. Explored many a side road down to the lake.
Maybe next year I can do the North Canadian coast as well?
I'm on nightshift now, and they're messing with my pC at work, so replies may be sparse.
