I have a 1980 peugeot 103 sp. it runs only at high speeds, I have to put the kickstand down and pedel very fast in order to get it to run, it seems to have good compression, I cleaned the carborater and it does spark but only runs at high speeds. any helpfull sugestions will be very much appreciated. thanks
