I fixed the cracks in this 78 Express carb, put it back together and it seems to leaking a large amount of gas. Would that indicate a need for new gaskets or the leak coming from a source after it leaves the carb? It started and ran for about 5 min. Also, I have studied the wiring diagragms and cannot find a place to plug the negative male connection from the battery onto the wiring harness...HELP???? No lights or horn...
