Thanks to everyone. I got it running and had a blast. I ran it without an air filter which I konw is rough but i had to. The next day I was unable to get to Honda so I wrapped thin cloth around the filter unit for protection. Now it only goes 15mph tops and no more. I have tried the screws for adjustment but no matter where I can't top 15...Is it the cloth or is the muffler shot. I have avoided taking apart the carb as I don't have time to do it all right......so far. Any quit hints????
