Well see heres what happened I took all but the y connector and the cables running to the crankcase oil pump and throttle on the carb and was just pulling the cable that way. I then found that there was a small piece of metal jammed in the throttle. I took it out and the part of the cable that was siezed up replaced. So I got it fixed its running great. Not too bad for coming from a junkyard. Thanks anyway. Also I am wondering how to join this forum.
