Honda Spree High Speed Miss

I have an 85 Honda Spree, NQ 50, with 2,800 miles. It has an annoying "miss" at high spreeds, 30MPH+, usually when the engine isn't under load, such as going down a hill.

The carb has just been cleaned, the fuel filter in the tank has been replaced and it has a new regulation Honda spark plug. Any ideas?
