Moped Gurus
for the the air/fuel mix screw
turning it Right/clockwise/in is leaner
turning it Left/out is richer
the top screw 'final idle' is a throttle position STOP
it adjust's the final idle speed by raising or lowering the throttle body cylinder
turning in is faster turning out is slower
when you turn it in, the throttle body is raised ( making the opening larger )
when you turn it out , the throttle body slides lower ( making the opening smaller )
when you twist the throttle ,, the throttle body is pulled up ( enlarging the venturi opening ) ( the passage to the carb throat )
when you let off, it slides down
