Carb base line...

Hello again, more carb trouble... can anyone tell me a base line of how the air mix screw should be set? I fixed it a week ago it ran fine after it warmed up, now it is very reluctant to start, very reluctant indeed. I am sure my gas is good, and my spark plug is new.
