I am not surprised, not many people like this weather it takes some getting used to. My moped 1980 NC50 was just put away the other day after riding it for a while to get rid of some gas, the temperature was a fair 20 degrees. Even that cold the speed was just shy of 30mph. And that was fast enough for me.
