I have stock 1978 honda express and I have set the timing, point and plug gaps and the the gets up to speed, but won't go over 22mph but engine flattens out meaning the rpms seem to be dropping off or restricted. Any suggestions would help. (Carb air screw is at 1.5 turns out). Thank you, Chad
