ok so i let the choke area soak in carb cleaner
tugged on the choke piece for about 5 minutes
then i stuck a flat screwdriver and twisted it untill it broke loose
this was very ristky because i really bent the two metal piece that stuck out
but i got it loose then it pulled out easily
the dirt isnt coming from the fuel because i drained some fule out of the petcock and it was crystal clear
im guessing it was my air filter detereorating so i replaced it
i put everything back together and it has been running fine for about 10 minutes now
