hi, I have a 1980 peugeot 103 sp that dosnt run very well, it seemed to be getting to lean a mixture so I took apart the carb to adjust the needle and noticed that it dosnt have a needle. the engine is a 49cm3 peugeot. does anyone know if it should have a needle? and if it shouldnt have one how does one adjust the air fuel mixture? thank you so much for any help with this.
