back wheel locks after 1/2 turn both directions (cw-ccw

Hi I just changed my tranny oil. The transmission was making a metalic rubbing noise when i spun the wheel. I started it to leave and the back wheel just locked up and won't go past like 180 degrees.

Don't know whats up?

please help
