HONDA EXPRESS CLUTCH ???MODS?

I was told on my 1981 honda express there was a "travel limiter plate" on the back of the clutch, where if you remove it, it will allow for a higher stop speed. I just took the tranny cover off and took a look at the clutch and there doesn't seem to be any plate on there.... Anyone know about this clutch modification?



Has anyone done any modifications to their express? improving acceleration or top speed?
