exhaust cleaning

by (no login)

hi again!
ive been reading about cleaning your exhaust. i know you can 1)burn it out using a torch 2) cut it open and gut it then reweld it 3) soak it in chemicals. i have questions on pretty much all of these. 1- is a propane torch hot enough for this? (i only read about oxy-acetylene). 2- how loud is it if you gut it? and how much more performance will it give you? 3- exactly what chemicals do i soak it in and how long?

i swear ive searched the internet up and down for these questions but i cant find anything! keep in mind i have a 1980 honda express with 5230 miles on it.

thanx in advance!
