well i have now fixed most of the probblems with my express. I charged the battery on 6v over night then installed it. The horn has a croaking noise, is that normal, after riding about 10 mins, the horn didnt even honk! Whats wrong? when i charged it i took off the caps and put them back on.FYI: i have the headlamp unconnected, speedmeter light, and high beam light unconnected.my rear brake light works also.
Also does anyone know where i could get the finishing last parts:
headlamp
starter lever rubber boot
new horn possibly
brakes
