i made the mistake of assuming the rim sizes are the same for the years of the express
i have a 81 and bought a pair of 80's on ebay only to get them home and find they didnt fit
is 80/81 the split between the smaller/bigger axel/break size?
i paid good money for these and they dont fit
they are great rims if anyone needs replacements
