what's holding the needle in place, as long as it stays put.

28mph is not to bad

what gas are you running, and what is the postion of the clip in the needle

middle is normal , going up will make the mix lean, going down will make the mix richer

I run 91 octane

when the engines where made premium was 101 octane, regular was 90 octane

there was NO 85 or 87 octane gas

90 is normal for these engines and even if it is $0.20 more a gallon , at 80mpg you can aford to buy it, and after a few tanks, i think you'll see it runs better
