thottle problem

Hey guys whats up. Umm i have a problema. my throttle cable is stuck in full thottle. i need to open up the housing with the engine on off swich on it to un jam it. i have taken off all the screws underneath it but it won't come off just move a bit. Do i have to take off the engine red engine swich knob off?
