Problem..

I have a 1978 honda express with about 1500 miles. I have a problem. When ever starting the moped from a cold start, such as in the morning when i drive it away while applying full throttle it slightly bogs then goes into speed but with tons of whiteissh blue smoke...if i just ride it out for about 1 min, it then goes away then ride like 100% normal. This only happens when i start the moped after a long time sitting or from a cold engine. I have done the following: flushed out the muffler, cleaned exhaust port, cleaned carb, cleaned fuel tank and all lines, cleaned oil injector, EVERYTHING! Could it be a ring problem? Every since i rebuilt the carb it just started to run not as good..I have extra slack in the throttle cable, choppy accelaration, etc. HELP PLEASE!
