Thanks for your reply Matthew. It helps alot knowing that the hole goes straight through...now I know what to look for. As far as I can tell, my pilot jet is totally blocked, but the funny thing is that the bike starts, idles, and runs just fine! I'm only topping out at 26-27 mph, but the pilot jet shouldn't affect top speed from what I understand.
I have to say that I really like the little Express. I have a new Tomos and an old Moby, but the Express is just so solid, smooth, and comfortable, and I really like that, even if it's not the fastest bike around.
