I have riddin mine in cold weather before, pack a jacket... as soon as u get it started let it warm up for a good long time. In my experience mopeds are extremely tempermental when it comes to temperatures. It took me forever and a day to get mine to start. Just make sure your oil/gasoline dosn't freeze over night.
