Hi, i was wondering if there were any ways that I can get more speed out of my razz. I live in Iowa, which is very hilly, and it is very hard to get around. I've heard of removing the governor, and i already cleaned out the exhaust. It will accelerate great, but the top speed is only about 24 mph. If there is anything that you can do to help me it would be very much appreciated!
