I have an 81 Honda Express SC that sometimes just won't go over 15 mph. and sometimes will go over 20 mph ( used at the race track for pit transportation ).
I have checked the exhaust port and is not plugged up. Wile i had the muffler off i did notice that something is loose inside it, large clunk inside like the complete inside is loose.
If i run it with the air cleaner lid off it runs a lot better. Thought the air filter was probubly plugged , but if i put the air cleaner lid back on without the filter element in, it still runs like crap.
Any ideas from the experts ?
