I took my muffler off and soaked it for a day in safty fluid, It's as clean as a whistle. I even sand blasted and painted it with High temp paint. I took the carb off and cleaned it well. got little wires and poked all the jets and blasted it with carb cleaner. removed gas line and installed a clear gas line with a tiny briggs and straton fuel filter. changed the gas. I have a good blue spark with the gap at .22 thousands. I still can only go 15mph. I haven't adjusted a thing on it yet. any suggestions?
